Meh... a bit about the Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE Custom ROM that i've used and tested
1.Ported Google Edition of S4 LTE GE
Pros:Buttery Smooth, new camera apps from Nexus 4
Cons: Some Custom Kernel may not SUPPORT functionally
2.AOKP, Android Open Kang Project, the Code project: JFLXTE <-not sure
Pros: Tweaked Stuff options, Swag Init. aka Animated Fix Permissions
Cons: Suckery battery juices at 1st Version...
3.Cynogen Mod, CM 10.1 Nightly build [i recommended do not flash stable, if not ur EFS will gone (if u unlucky) ]
Pros: Apollo player UI awesome , DSP manager applied [For check CPU running and usage]
Cons: Camera a bit jerky, Send feedback report damn delay
4.Vanilla RootBox
Pros: PURE of Vanilla UI and mixed some AOSP styles, added HALO functions [u need flash at Recovery]
